Wonderful exercise! Wow! My arm and neck have been staying tight for about 4 days now. I keep rubbing and massaging, epsom salt soaks and so on. This works immediately! Thank you so much! I hope to finally get some sleep!!

Hi Taro, Thankyou I’m finding some relief. I have a severe frozen shoulder after a fall, I fractured (hairline) right elbow but overused left arm during this time or possibly the fall impact was so severe and caused this ? I’m concerned I’m hearing slight cracking sound within my frozen left shoulder when I do the movements. I am highly active my whole life and this is first serious injury. Currently can’t lift left arm above elbow level. Please any more tips ? I live in the country and don’t have access to physio etc. 🙏🏾

have you consulted an orthopedic doctor about your concern? If not, I would consult with a doctor first.

I will incorporate this to my many micro moves .Balloon is best .I work on fluid movement all through my routines. Thank you
