Appreciate this video. Seems backwards though? Struggled with this in High School. Wrestled 189lb did a lot distance running for endurance. Recovery between matches was great. Start of match was great. 3rd period in matches I would be gased. Wouldn't that mean more HIT would be needed?

Real saunas “hard to breath” are really good for health and if you combine it with a cold shower or snow bathing after it’s really good. Stamina and endurance? Probably not. Worth it then? Yes! Good for your hearth

Many ways. It really helps. Best to check a video on benefits of sauna. Even once every few weeks. Also steam room. Try doing push ups in there, 10 reps. X 10 sets, after a full workout. One min break between sets. But maybe not in the sauna room. Might need an ambulance if you did! 😂
