Would be very very interested in a video breakdown for climbers. We are athletes that train relative strength, elasticity (or we call it being dynamic), explosiveness, with a mix of power endurance and lock off strength.

Question: when you suggested 200 minutes per week of zone 2 cardio, I was a little unclear. It sounded like you meant 200 minutes all in one go, once a week. Am I interpreting that correctly? Or can that be broken up, and if so, how? Thanks in advance for the clarification 🙏

Boxing is actually more of an anaerobic sport not aerobic

Pro boxing is a bit less anaerobic than amateurs, low intensity is also very good to avoid overtraining aswell

Regardless any boxer should be able to do a 90 min zone 2 run every two weeks rotating between 60 and 90 mins and the aerobic system help reload and lower the other systems I’m sorry but just because you know the word anaerobic and aerobic doesn’t mean you know what you’re talking about Atleast read a book instead of just short form youtube videos
