Hey 7mlc. I am in my early 50s and have always played 5a-side but with no proper left foot, poor control etc. couldn’t juggle either. When lockdown began I decided to practice on my own with a wall and your videos. I can now juggle 800+ with left and right foot and my ball mastery transformed. Am back playing again and has transformed my game! It also helped me mentally get thru lockdown. Thanks for the inspiration. Never too late!

So close to 1 million btw I have a question. How to implement ball mastery exercises in tight space in match situations because you often add '' improve tight space control '' but how to use it in tight spaces
@jasonnshii74733 жыл бұрын
Get your self into 5 on 5 matches or like small side games. When you play the match you will obviously have moving defenders so you will have to adapt these ball mastery skills. This is why it is important to play small aides games.

Tbh mate, it’s your instinct, your doing ball control to control the ball more comfortably not to know, you just have to experience it. If you want to improve more on your creativity play a lot of street football 5v5 or 1v1 training. But all aside it’s your instinct you can’t think you just do it and do what your instinct says.
