Great video!!!!! Helped beyond belief. You are a Godsend bro. I have foraminal stenosis in my lumbar along with some herniation and lumbar flexion has been limited until now.My hams are paying the price along with my hips. As a surfer I need as much hip mobility and strength as possible. Tried some of your other techniques to relieve FAI in the front. They worked great I can now do the pigeon stretch for my glute med and min. piriformis too.

Hey Kelly, you talked about getting a "brace" in this video. I have facet hypertrophy (facet pain) in l5 and S1 disk. Do you have a good brace you recommend? Thanks for these videos! They are very helpful. You are the man!

i'm a pitcher in baseball and my hips keep me from getting more speed on my pitches from being tight what mobility exercises would be most efficient before throwing in practice, a bullpen, or a game?

I doubt daily is nessecary, although, there could be an argument that performing these movements consistently and making them a part of your "routine" will work miracles in the preventative maintenance part of things.
