Nice drill! When doing exercises like this, I find I struggle the most with cadences that drop the 1 and/or 3. When just flowing over music without worrying about it being an exercise though, any and all of those cadences come a lot more naturally to me (probably because I'm thinking less about it and just feeling the beats and pockets without trying to count anything). Like anything, though, I know drilling the skills will help the natural flow get more sophisticated so I appreciate this video and look forward to what else you have coming on the topic. Plus I'm always looking for new rapping and singing exercises to add to my "driving to/from work" playlist.

But if you dont want that to happen i would reccomend using spotify or deezer to embed their player into your website so that people can't right click and inspect the html code. I tried it and was able to see all the mp3's easily. I like your videos and channel that's why i wanted to let you know. There's vocal tags throughout all my beats just in case someone tries to steal them so I'm not worried about someone stealing the tagged version. I also upload my beats with the tags on KZbin and anyone could easily get those as well but again that's why there are tags in the beats. I'm still a bit unclear of what you mean by "no vibe". Either you're not vibing to the music which means you need to keep searching until you make a beat that moves you in an emotional way, or your struggling to get the creative process flowing.
