Awesome!! You are wonderful!! I am 61 and for the last 3 years I’ve had breast cancer and God fought that fight for me and we won!! Then came a wreck and I have just 5 weeks ago, I had my right foot fused because of 5 broken bones. If it weren’t for you I would have gained 100 pounds over the last 4 years!!!! Thank you so much for giving people with not so great health a chance to exercise because I always have until all of this happened. I truly thank you with all my heart because when this storm passes I want to. E healthy and live my life to the fullest!! ❤️❤️

Once again Jules has been there for me! I managed to pull my groin muscle 25 days into a75 day challenge that includes 45 minutes a day exercising. But thanks to your seated gentle videos I feel confident I will be able to do this! I did the 4 core videos this morning and will choose another one to finish the 45 minutes. When it said lift your knees thst hurt so I just modified!! Thank you for showing everyone they can exercise no matter the circumstances!!

I really needed some core work. I liked these exercises, different from many core exercises I'm familiar with. I did put the weights down for some of the arm movements when I was a little concerned about the effect on the right arm, but most of the exercises I could do fine. Thanks for this one, Jules!

So, my Mediterranean nature kicked in and I did all 4 levels. Level 4 and may be a small part of level 3 I was not totally satisfied with my performance. I'll have to repeat at least level 4 few more times. Jules you are great!

I was surprised to find that your moves--from my experiences thus far--were new to me! Challenging because I increased my reps and did use weights. I have weakness in my right shoulder and it was this that kept me from using slightly heavier weights, but my abs were sufficiently challenged! This is a great core routine, Jules. I think the slow movements definitely help us to feel our abs more. Gives us time to really focus.

I loved these core exercises. I haven't done the 1-3 chair exercises but I have done the 1-3 floor exercises. Will you be doing a level 4 floor exercise? Just finished your new strength exercises so this one is following it. 😊

Thanks Jules, wanted to do day 5 of seated, but don’t have those stretch bands. We worked with exercise balls with spikes to strengthen muscles and class yesterday. I’m wondering if I can use a towel instead of band. Saw one of the new senior tenants, come in with her son carrying an exercise bike for her apartment. Good for her, she wants to get fit. I have the exercise balls in my apartment. May be you can come up with a video using them. They sold them at Dollar Zone, and I got two for 2 dollars and change.

I have been meaning to use the balls again. I did in a video with a ball when I first started the channel. I just feel like when I use equipment, and then people don't have the equipment, the video doesn't do as well (for example, the resistance band video). As for using a towel instead of bands, that won't work very well. Dollar stores sometimes have the bands. If you look in the sports area, you might find some there. You can also get cheap ones on Amazon or at Walmart.

It's tough to include lower back strengthening exercises in seated workouts but I do include the 'good mornings' (leaning forward and sitting up straight again), and the cat/cow stretch. I'd suggest adding the cat/cow exercise in a few times a day which will likely help. Let me know how that goes.

It’s hard for me to answer your question since I am not familiar with what you are dealing with. Exercise and gentle movements are definitely recommended for everyone but for specific things, you might want to meet with a physiotherapist.

Okay, I think try lying down flat on a bed or couch or wherever. Think about flexing your lower abs (not up higher like you may think). Press your hands gently against your lower abdomen and really concentrate on flexing. You should be able to breathe at the same time while holding the flex. Let me know how that goes and we’ll go from there.

You can add on any cardio or strength workout after. If you're meaning, what core exercises to do, I'll have level 5 up in the next few weeks. I just want to give a bit of time for people to get used to these exercises first.
