As an English person, I often look at Americans and the way they speak and think 'Doesn't their mouth hurt talking like that?' Because it looks like it does. The gymnastics of their mouth to produce that accent seems like it would be painful after a while, like chewing a toffee for 10 minutes.

recently I have started using that strategy too bc I want to work more on my intonation in English, So far with American accent but I'll definitely try with british accents which seem more challenging u.u

Your vocabulary is very American. This needs correcting as well as the accent. Yes everything is a drama for Americans.
