Expanding on the thumbscrew video from last week, Steven now takes the same part and adds an extra offset to make a second part without having to move the stock. There are limitations to this, but there is also the advantage of reducing setup time and adding some slight automation to the part creation. This might be able to improve your workflow.
Speeds and Feeds:
Turn: SFM 500, MAX 2500, RPM F0.002, DOC 0.015
Threading: S500 (feed is based on pitch for this)
Knurl: 1000 RPM, F0.002 IPR
Part Off: SFM 200, MAX RPM: 1000
Part off was F0.001
