For a beginner counting when playing is good. Can I write it in note and see how much around spareda in all hands etc ?

When practicing sure. When at an actual table or playing a competition then you aren't meant to wring anything down.

During the first game you showed the diagram about the distribution, using a column for East (the leader) and you write WEST, obviously this should have been North, about the hidden distribution of the North hand. Is this a matrix you do in your head OR you actually keep a tally sheet on paper? Struggle with this process of keeping tract of all cards or just the high cards and only for NT contract or for suit contract. Must start somewhere but need it to be doable for average player.

Normally you do this in your head, when your playing irl you have to do it al in your head so its better to do try and improve by doing it here as well

I do it in my head. But I think it is important to learn the steps of when to pay attention. The matrix is to help people visualise it..
