The individual who did this to her should not possess a license to drive ANY vehicle - boat, car, truck, etc.- for the rest of his life. And he should have served time in prison. He knew exactly what he was doing and he should have been punished for it.

One of the most infuriating things about this is the fact this man has been allowed by the courts & judges to continue doing this! What's even more infuriating is that if it was the judges daughter, I am confident sentencing for this man would have been much more severe. SMH

My story is so similar. When I was 11 years old I was the passenger on a jet ski when a distracted, drinking, speed boat driver crashed right into us. It went right over top of us. The propellar cut up the entire left side of my body to pieces. My left arm was severed, my left heel was severed, as well as my Achilles tendon. I underwent a risky surgery to attempt to re-attach my arm. There was a huge chance my body would reject the arm, or that I could die from the contamination in the water that got in my wounds. Thank you for all that you do.

Oh you beautiful girl. You are so strong and amazing. Keep doing what you do. I think you are remarkable. I am so sorry this happened to you. I also think that piece of crap who did this, he needs to grow up and be a real man. I cannot believe the lack of punishment. I stand behind you. I recently lost my daughter in law to an impaired driver . The laws in our state for this is unacceptable. He killed her and isn't looking at anything more than a few years! Unacceptable. All the impaired driver laws, (boats,cars,jet skis) need to be changed. Keep going, you will make a difference. ❤️

Wow, Incredible; Thank you for sharing your life story. Glad you are a fighter. That was hard to process. I hope that judge can live the rest of their life with the injustice he/she made to you. There should have been some more serious consequences for such actions. You get a much more serious charge for possession of some drugs, than being drunk and almost killing someone. Some laws need to change, and some judges need to be replaced.

"Technology out there", the refrain in each of these videos. I hate drunk drivers. WHICH LIBERTY ARE YOU INTENDING TO TAKE AWAY FROM THOSE, EVEN THOSE WHO DON'T DRINK?
@keeptrying5962 Жыл бұрын
Here's the answer, and keep in mind this will apply to YOU, even if you NEVER TAKE A DRINK. "Driving performance monitoring systems that monitor the vehicle movement using cameras and sensors that are outside the vehicle, such as lane departure warning and attention assist; Systems that monitor the driver’s head and eyes, typically using a camera or other sensors that are inside the vehicle; Alcohol detection systems that use sensors to determine whether a driver is drunk and then prevent the vehicle from moving." They want cameras and sensors trained on your face, your body chemistry, your movements. ORWELL, anyone? Y'all didn't read ORWELL?
