My mother used to tell me everything that glitter is not gold. He was going through depression and she didn't realize. I felt it for him. I think that's something both of them should've been able to worked out together. Untop of that he trimed his beards and his sideburns and she didn't notice until he brought it to her attention. That's sad really sad. I admired the couple who were on this show celebrating 51 yrs wedding anniversary mths ago. They did not go to any therapist when depression his either one of them both of them worked it out.

With you having different couples that can relate to that particular part of the vow is so great. Because when the minister is up there giving them the vows, he may elaborate some. But every episode of the vow series, they go into detail and break them vows down! They dissect it so much that you ask yourself, am I ready to be married?! Lbvs. Good job at making your viewers think. Material like this keeps the divorce rates down.

This episode made me cry, it's the second interview that brought out my tears. As hilarious as they are they are deep. Revisiting the vows and divorce is not an option, dug me up deep,it took me to the Holy Spirit counselling couch! The other crying moment was when I watched your interview with your children about 3 months back. It hit me that as much as we get ourselves ready for our future spouses, do we get ourselves ready for our future children too? As I was listening to the children, it hit me that at my age my spouse will probably come with children, and I don't know what the children have been through, what am I bringing into the children's lives. At that moment I prayed " Holy Spirit, do not only prepare me to be a wife, but please prepare me to be a mother too". I'm telling you, God is faithful, I my eyes opened and I looked at my children differently, and it required me to work on my relationship with my own children. The training started with me in my own household first. God is doing wonders with us! We are not perfect, but we are being knitted together as a family. This ministry of yours is Holy Spirit breathed Sir! Thank you Mr and Mrs Mann for the prayers, may God continue blessing you🙌🙌🙌

I remember MANY years ago hearing Mrs. David Mann say that she prayed that she STAYED in love with Mr. David Mann. That's a BEAUTIFUL thing. Some people don't think it's necessary, but it is. The fact that they LIKE each other after over 3 decades of marriage is a blessing bcuz it's not common. I love that they're open and say they're a Work In Progress, although we can see their OBVIOUS love and respect for one another. It gives those of us who know that life brings challenges the reassurance that we can do it. God bless the Mann family. May God continue to bless the Manns with a healthy marriage, great health, strength, faith and the unselfishness to continue to bless us with the ability to watch and learn from this beautiful union. ❤️❤️❤️

This part of the vows is where few really get it. From gaining weight because you sick to losing weight cause you sick. To losing hair to needing your spouse to do the bare basics. I struggle and applaud the spouses that stand firm in true love in sickness and health. I never had it and was told time and again sickness wasn't allowed. Another slice of the pie for me to stay away from relationship put to rest. Continued prayer for my memories to be healed.

Am I the only one who struggle to separate them from their Tyler Perry' characters throughout the podcast? 🤦🏾♀️😂😂😂. Another great one! I appreciate them sharing their story and showing us what Team Work looks like, in a Christ Centered marriage.

David’s so right, being present and saying I’m here for you, is the biggest help. He respects her ♥️. They reassure and cover each other, I also love the humor in the relationship, so essential 😊 so sweet.

Thank you for this. It's a great dialogue. I was reminded of this time during COVID-19, when we lost our Mom. The grieving process has been challenging, and even more so because she was alone and we couldn't provide the final celebration that she so deserved, but back to marriage, great show and learned a lot.

The Mann’s are a such beautiful couple who not only reflect the love of Christ but also the Unmatched and Unparalleled Portfolio of God. My God, I was able to have and give language to God when He tells me to be specific about my heart’s desire regarding my future kingdom spouse! My heart is leaping and beating again full of hope and inspiration.

We pray for every couple out there that you will experience the deepest levels of connection and will have the endurance to withstand every trial that may come your way. And we pray for every single person that you will find the one whom God has specially designed for you. Blessings y’all.
