I will stick to the foldable thank you, but this seems like a good option, even though I don't want to sacrifice any of my truck bed and want to use all of my truck bed as possible. The canister taking up space is a deal breaker for me... but for those who want a canister taking up some of their truck bed, this is a great option.

How sturdy is that lock/handle you pull on to close the cover?

Have it on my 2020 Sierra HD looks great but wish I went with a different cover. I’ve had it back to the installer 3 times now for adjustments. It has created damage on the rail from shifting side to side when in the locked position, scratched the tailgate molding from hitting the rail when closing, nuts and plastic hardware have come loose falling off into the bed of the truck and it leaks. I’ve contacted retrax as it’s only been a few months and the response was either I keep it and it is what it is or I return it. Bottom line not happy with it

@@Uisci81 I have one and the only time any water gets in is through the car wash. Rain doesn't get inside. Event he car wash just lets a very little bit in by the corners of the tailgate. It's so little that I keep my golf bag right back at the tailgate with no concern.

Thanks for the question! These covers are made from heavy-duty aluminum and are key lockable to keep the contents of your bed secure. Should definitely keep those "nefarious" ones away!
