Hey @thesillyswagman My son was born in 2021 and he came along nearly 4 months early. Due to being so tiny he spent his first 6 months of life in hospital. During this time, covid was causing restrictions in melbourne meaning that only 1 parent was allowed at his beside at a time - it was awful. By far the hardest thing my wife an i have ever gone through. Ive always loved the outdoors and it was during this time i came across your channel. While being forced to sit in a hospital waiting bay for hours on end, your channel gave me and my mind a chance to escape to a place i would rather be. Fast forward to now, my little man is 2 and healthy and he loves getting outdoors. Ive even taken him on plenty of day hikes. I would love the tent to be able to take him on plenty of overnight trips for many years to come. Love the channel mate. Keep up the good work.

I would take the Moondance up to the top of Kosciuszko, along with an assortment of disco balls, laser lights and smoke machines. Set everything up inside the spacious interior. Wait until the full moon rises high, crank the tunes, wave glowsticks around and have a Moondance rave on the top of Australia, screaming “WE’VE DONE IT AGAIN!”, out to the jagged, moonlit horizon.

My daughters high school was awesome enough to offer the Duke of Edinburgh program to its students. She, and other students got heaps out of the overnight hiking, and this tent would be a welcome addition to their communal kit. Merry Christmas, Mattsy! I recently found my Dad, aka “Grumpy”. 51 years ago my mum gave me up at birth. Now my Dad - an adventurous sort - takes me on the camping trips I’ve always longed for and we have wonderful adventures in FNQ. We’ve become best mates. He’s a diver and spear fisherman and he gave me my first kayak. We’ve been looking for a lightweight tent to take camping on the Frankland Islands, and we’d be thrilled to win the lovely Moondance. Great video! Glad your ankle is well enough that you can frolick in the woods with your deer antlers on. A beer hat was on my sons birthday wish list (turning 13), thankfully he's happy with non-alcoholic drinks in his hat, he is also a Scout who's been using a less than ideal tent for Scout camps, it has leaked more than once and no its not a Kmart tent we bought it from a popular outdoor equipment store. If I win this, I would gift it to my partner. He is in the army and used to be an outdoorsy kind of man. He got me most of my hiking and overnight camping gears. But he somehow stopped being outdoorsy. He likes to stay at home and play zumbie games. And I have been hiking alone or gone camping with other hikers. I think I should do the same kindness he did to me. Get him the right gears and put him back on track. Not just for me but for him. I know the healing power of being out in the nature. G'day Mr Silly. I'd use this tent to stealth camp next to yourself and Scotty. You wouldn't know I was there until the morning. You'd wake and see a mysterious yellow dome in the vicinity. Merry Christmas mate love ya channel. I sit and watch your videos with my 5yr old daughter - she laughs at all your jokes! 😂 I’d love the Mont tent to take her camping with me, I so want her to fall in love with camping and the outdoors, so this would be an epic way to get he out there. We watched this video together and she was already planning which toys were going to go in which pockets of the tent! Have a great Xmas 🎄 🎅

Thanks for the tears of laughter 😂 That was one cheeky fox/mountain lion cub. As for the tent I have checked these out a few times, looks pretty sweet. I’d gift it to my son, he is almost 13, and has been suffering with anxiety which I reckon is from being cooped up in the house too often since I went back to work full time a couple of years ago & don’t have all week to adventure anymore. Outdoors is better for the head, and we both need to get out more! Glad your ankle is feeling better. Was pretty nasty looking on that trip with you & Scotty!
