Momo-chan must be the happiest dog in the world: having such a big playground, playing outside, and being around her ripped owner every day. ;-)

Really cool video Bjorn, no pun intended :) XD Momo must be loving the snow. Takfully we haven't had any really heavy snows, so far, this year in Ireland, but Dublin is very close to sea level and protected by mountains so we rarely get hit bad. Great idea on the home gym set up. You can't always be lifting the same pots all the time. You can tell you've been working out.

At 58, I took up outdoor high intensity interval training (HITT, a mix of aerobic and strength training) specifically to augment my mountain biking power and stamina. It worked. I got faster. Recently, at 62, as spring repotting gets underway, I found I was lifting and moving my larger bonsai with relative ease and without help. Now I motivate myself to go work out by remembering how much my fitness helps not just my physical health, but my mental outlook...and now my bonsai. Bjorn's conclusion to this video reminds us that anything we do to improve ourselves often manifests itself through other unexpected benefits. Thanks, Bjorn!

Snowy trees are so beautiful! I hope they pulled through the cold. Pretty sure they're okay with the snow giving them extra protection! I'm still on tenterhooks about my trees on the balcony, we got down to -20C a few times. Mah boy Varg can almost sit as beautifully as Momo-chan when playing - he sends his love for the beautiful girl.

I live in Nashville too. Spent the whole week checking on my trees and hoping they all survived. Brought as much as I could indoors.

Thanks for the "snow flowers!" There are times when I miss seeing the seasons change since I left Chicago. I can't wait to see your quinces in early spring. Sending you warm thoughts from Maui.

The trees outside with the snow on them are very beautiful. Although, it wouldn’t be fun going to work in -10 degrees C. If only you had onsen nearby!

Love the content and hope to come to a class this summer or fall if things are better. Protip for better abs without ab focus. the weights when you are doing curls keep that core tight and dont let your body move forward like the video showed. You'll get some great abs if you keep it flexed and stretched during all your lifts.

Great content. Do you have any tips for rosemary bonsai? I’m on my third plant. I can’t keep it alive... :(
@sanitychelle3 жыл бұрын
I have a mame rosemary. Go slow, little bits at a time for the foliage. I just pinch in passing rather than attack it. Nothing drastic on the roots or it'll grump. They like deeper pots.
