Now this is the kind of thing we should be focusing our efforts on. Whether or not this is the most effective, it's still a great plan to teach kids to work and earn their own rewards so that they value them more and keep them out of trouble.

I got to see him once while I lived in Philadelphia for 3 years and I got so excited when I saw them cause I would only see them on videos, I love Philadelphia and yes I would move back there if I had the chance too 💖💯

when I was a young buck they use to bring the horse's to my neighborhood (Kensington) you could take a ride on it for like a dollar.

Poor areas in Dublin Ireland are doing this since the 1950's .. the Government brought a law in to stop them but they still have their horses and ride them on the streets.

We need more programs like these. We don't need more boring parks to sit in or a baseball diamond to play on only if you can get enough players together. We need horses and stables where kids can have healthy outdoor fun and learn responsibility and how to care for an animal. These stables could be surrounded by community gardens for people to grow their own vegetables and learn about that. Crime would be slashed by at least 50% if we would invest in these things. We can pay now or pay for jails and prisons later which do not only cost in dollars but in human lives. Remember -- horse owners make stable people. Let's build our communit I especially to be happy places to live. We need horses.

West Philly. More specifically - Mantua West Philadelphia. The Stable is around 40th & Parrish St. I live about 6 blocks from them. The guys are awesome, so sweet!!! And they take excellent care of the horses.

I don't think horses should be ridden on the street I respect the positivety of turning to keep yung bul out the streets but they should have a field for dem to go ride cus the street is for cars not horses plus it may be harmful to the horses
