I am a new A & P that finished school with 26 A's and 4 B's, but am not delusional enough to believe I have nothing else to learn. The hands on experience is a must. I have the grades that show i can learn to perform any task but i don't see entry level positions that talk about their training/mentorship programs. Almost all i see want years of experience with no mention of their willingness to train those new to the profession.

Very interested to the field planing to start learning next year is there's any app or any free website to prepare myself or anything can helps to have a good overview please before getting my hands on dirty

@abouzaidelbachir1322 you don't technically need to attend a part 147 school. If you can find an apprentice job out there, get 3 years working experience, learn while getting paid and you'll get a ton of experience. After 3 years then you can just go test. So there's that route too.
