Wonderful video, thank you! Though I couldn't help but notice your faithfulness to Anna Magdalena's bowings, and when comparing her copy of the violin sonatas and partitas with Bach himself's manuscript of the same work, great inconsistencies arose... I am aware of your use of all the copies, but it seems that you use Magdalena's copy as your primary part... Anyway, thank you so much!

What a remarkable master class.....I really appreciate the way you divided your teaching into components. Just thinking of these components is helpful for practice in terms of focusing on different aspects of the music. The resources/links you provided are so helpful. Is there a clone of you here in San Francisco to study with?

Hi again, Thanks so much for this informative video on the sarabande. I also wanted to mention that during my cello lesson today, my teacher and I are working on the Dvorak cello concerto and I mention you on your Dvorak video, and he said that you knew each other. My cello teach Harel Gietheim told me to say hi to you.

I study in Manchester NH at the Manchester Community Music School. I will say hello to him for you. I'm always surprised to hear how many people Harel knows. I really like him as a teacher. I know some teachers who will want the student do listen and no questions asked. Harel on the other hand can always explain what he wants and why. His personality is really calm and placid.
