Inclusive education and ongoing teacher training: national and international lessons learned

Every child has the right to study in a school that leaves no one behind!
And, for this right to be guaranteed, we need to support those who are in classrooms every day: teachers.
With the intention of contributing to this matter, Alana, in cooperation with UNESCO, created the report “Inclusive education and ongoing teacher training: national and international lessons learned”, based on research coordinated by Vindas Educação Internacional. The report shows that ensuring quality training for teachers promotes improvements towards inclusive education.

We want to support an increasingly more inclusive school so that the examples we brought in this video, in which children with and without disabilities learn together, are multiplied.
We want to thank all the teachers who sent us videos so we could build this story.
Video description: images of children with and without disabilities at school occupy the video. Several children appear in school yards, corridors and classrooms. Teachers also appear giving classes. Throughout the video, we watch videos sent by Brazilian teachers of children and young people with and without disabilities taking classes in schools and colleges. The video also has animation disciplines in pink, blue and yellow colors.
