Hi kubear I am a French speaker and I received a notification of interest from Ontario, if I accept and apply and receive a nomination from Ontario which will add 600points to my current crs score, can I still receive an invitation to apply from IRCC on the French category draw or should I have to wait for pnp draw?

While being a student in India and doing a remote content writing internship and the working hours being flexible, what can be used to prove concreate working hours? Employer is writing minimum 30 hours per week. The internship is paid. Since working hours is flexible, a topic is given by head content writer.My duty is used to research and write 700- 800 words using particular keywords. Now I have to submit it within the day or max 24 hours of getting the topic. I am fulltime ug student. I am asking this question because Ircc is scrutinising old applications regarding work exp. pls help

I had similar case and i applied with my old lmia and attached current closed work permit with it, as long as you are working with same employer you don’t need to get new lmia. I had no issues in my PR file

Hi Kubeir, I am in a situation where I need some help. I got my Ontario Nomination (Tech) with my points that were calculated as 3 years but technically work experience is 2 years 11 months. I lost my job and have not found any tech specific job yet, but a job in education sector. I have received my ITA and applied with those documents along with my nomination certificate and have received AOR. Any chances that I can make this situation work through? Thank you.

That is why Canada don't need people who are cheating the system. If your employer is giving you cash then he is doing something wrong and you aren't protected too incase if anything happen to you. Why you guys for short term gains destroy the system I don't get it?
