I've been listening to this audio every few nights for around 6 weeks and over that 6 weeks, I have broken my PB for 5k twice, 10K and this weekend came within 30 seconds of breaking my half marathon PB! Thank you

I was hoping to enjoy this because I enjoy some other hypnosis videos a lot, I was hoping to add a short different video in to my norms. Unfortunately I can’t stand the music on this, quite often it takes over the voice way too much. Then at the end, at waking time, rather than using suggestions to wake us,you just turn the volume up and it feels like you’re screaming in our ears. If anyone is looking for excellent videos with soothing music that doesn’t use loudness to bring you out of it, try Michael Sealey or Minds in Unison. They are great!

I noticed a little while ago, in deep thought while trying to sleep, that I could let my mind to limp. It was like a quick shudder from between my brows but I never understood what it was meant for. I tried it during this excercise and it put me in a noticeably different state instantly. Any thoughts?

+Robert Asagba Sport is as much a physical game as it is a mental game and its only by tuning your mental game that you have more wins because you are playing in the zone being in the zone is when you have the greatest performance and it just seems so easy as everything just seems to fall into place Hypnosis can help you achieve more in the zone performance

+Reese Lively everyone can be Hypnotized once you are willing to follow instructions and agree to be hypnotized ... you already experience light hypnosis when you day dream or enjoy a good movie or book because you just allow your attention focus completely if you think you cant be or wont be hypnotized that is what you will do if you think I can be hypnotized and that I will accept the suggestions that are good for me that is what you will get you have just proved that nobody can be made do anything they don't want even being hypnotized.

+Mind Track oh so wrong on that. no issue with weak or strong mind. you have already been hypnotized. ...may be issue if you have cognitive deficits.

Hi RY of course this can be used for badminton because it is for more focus in your favorite sport more focus equals more flow state the flow state is a state you enter when you have an amazing game without any effort and wish you could always play that way so by listening to this hypnosis session your game should improve but make sure to use it for at least 21 days and then perhaps once a week to maintain the changes .. 21 days is because you are training your mind to work in a different way to become more focused on your game becoming more focused also means not having distracting thoughts about life events outside the game so no worries no problems just Badminton . letitcometoyou10 You may listen to this or any Hypnosis recording as long as you wish the 21 days is only to allow your subconscious to begin creating the new habitual way of positive change you want from the hypnosis session and the longer you use the hypnosis the deeper rooted those changes become its the same as any skill or sport you have learned to master the more practice you do the better you get

Cutie Jaynie You should really ask your parents if it is OK to watch this recording and my message to your parents is that Children are the best hypnotic subjects and will get great results by using Hypnosis that is approriate for them to use
