Sure, but I am not sure how aging it will go, if you do age it keep it at 20% ABV so the alcohol takes care of any pathogens. If you can, try making it though, total coast of the dairy eggs and sugar for me was like $13 and will taste far and away better than the store bought stuff. Cheers!

I always like Alton's cooking methods, but not the flavor of his recipes. Definitely will try this version instead.

Definitely good after 1-1/2 - 2 weeks. At three it's a little more flat. Recipe needs 1/4 tsp. Vanilla Extract at that point.
