the forest is amazing MY Gosh. It has a spiritual element like a magical feel to it WOW. That David is so tidy and has a good sense of humour perhaps he should do a show showing us how he organises everything. My Gosh, his Shed well have you ever seen a shed like that. WOw. David has TIDY down to a fine art. i love these shows where you are showing us inside the tiny homes its very interesting to see the inside while people are living there. Randy. I have been enjoying your videos for years. I really like the low-cost lifestyle you are making possible for the people in your communities. I hope you can do the same in a few other places or find some partners to set them up all around the country. $52,500 including the $6,000 lease and then just $200/month + $50 for utilities is what millions of Americans are needing. You are an inspiration to millions. I live in Japan where tiny apartments and condo units are the norm but none are $200/month. Even here it is at least $600 before utilities for an apartment for 2 people.

Just saw this vid. Though I watch a ton of these vids from ITH ...Randy is always fun and informative. But David has such a fun and lovely personality. What a cool person. I'm in love with the forest .... But I'm also daydreaming of the Beach community. I have so many great decorating ideas for the Beach area... that would be super unique and beachy and fun. Wow, so sweet. I love the tiny home Idea, however I live and work in Washington State. I'm from Montana . If I were to leave here I'd go home to Montana. I've seen tiny homes in both places but haven't looked into them. Our 1920 something home is small combined basement and main level is 1700 ish square feet. We have been living here for 15 years about 10 in this house, and are now remodeling. Which is why I've started looking at tiny living and RV living. I love how nice your homes are. How organized everything is. Wish I could pick your brains on how to redo our home so it all has a space for what we have. Thank you for sharing and to the awesome people who let us all see how they are creating such wonderful happy spaces.
