Colleen Western Canadian (different province) …Your pancakes look absolutely delicious! Would like to try this recipe. I have in the past added a smidge of maple syrup to whipping cream as it’s being whipped to top or serve with pumpkin pie. Might work on your pancake’s too! Love love your channel. ☀️

Those look amazing! I have to try them. When my sons were growing up I always made at least twice as many pancakes as I needed. My lids loved to use the leftovers instead of bread for their peanut butter and jelly sandwich lunches. I can imagine how wonderful the pumpkin pancakes would taste as sandwiches with with apple butter replacing the jelly.

My Tupperware purchased from my husband’s cousin many years ago is still in beautiful condition. We had so much fun at the parties with women of three different generations often in attendance!! This recipe looks fabulous. Can’t wait to give it a try. Love your videos. Thank you very much.

I just love the colors that fall brings. Pumpkin recipes are the best something I look forward to in the fall although you can eat it year round. I always make my bacon in the oven because I can make more of it at once than in a skillet, plus the bonus of not having hot grease burn you. Have a wonderful day.

Colleen, you have a very soothing voice! I enjoy your videos. On another note, KZbin is getting absolutely crazy with the length od the ads they play! One ad was over 8 minutes long in this video. I muted the volume and let it play while i did other things around the house. Just wanted to let you know. But that wont stop me from watchong your videos. It doesn't. I cover the pan with foil to make it easy clean up. Don't crowd the bacon in the pan.

Hi Colleen, bring on the pumpkin all you want. I use to fix my bacon in the oven all the time it saves a lot on clean up. But I buy precooked and fix it in the microwave. The pancakes look awesome. I have reheated left over pancakes in the toaster, but they are better in the microwave. Hope you have a good day, evening.

If you like peach and pumpkin together, how about taking peach jam and heating it up until it is a syrup? Might be good!! I don't like maple much either, so I always use a fruit syrup on my pancakes. Love boysenberry, but I can't find it any more for a price I'm willing to pay so I buy jams and heat them to syrup consistency and use them.

I love pumpkin pancakes but I goofed forgot the eggs (duh) I had made 6 then realized I forgot it so I added some to the leftover batter,,I really couldn’t tell a difference in taste but it was in my head so I threw the ones without eggs in the trash

That’s how I do them. Make a nice size batch and freeze them. The guys then make them like waffles in the toaster oven
