Thank you so much Janet! Those look yummy for sure! Would it mess up the recipe if I used two eggs instead of four? My son doesn’t like cake like brownies and I was wondering how I could control the rising effect?

You definitely need the eggs or an egg substitute or your brownies will crumble. If you like a flatter brownie you can use a little bit bigger pan and cook the brownies for a little less time.

Hi Janet! Brownies are in the oven. Question..are you able to edit your recipe on your website? It says to bake for 30 minutes, take out of oven and cool in oven for 30 minutes. Just wanted to pass that along. Thank you for ALL YOU DO!!

@@cougmom50 I use Lakanto's monkfruit sweetener. It's a blend of monkfruit and erythritol but any granulated sugar substitute will work in this recipe

@JanetsDeliciousLowCarbKitchen does the lanko sweetner have a cooling effect? If I try to make cookies with allulose, they don't crisp up.
