incubus is my all time favorite band. thanks for putting this video out! in my opinion, they haven't really put out a bad album, albeit they're all really different from each other. INNW is so different but has such good melodies, the title track is so solid, but i get why people don't dig it. they're also one of my favorite bands live although brandon boyds vocals have really taken a beating over the years. 8 got me through some tough times in my life even though it's probably not their best work. some inspiring songs like undefeated, IMO Science and Morning View are just amazing. Just a phase puts my mind at ease no matter what mood I am in. Cheers man, thanks for the content

8: If Not Now When? (🤢) 7: A crow left to the murder (What happend here???) 6: Light Grenades (Generic rock songs, not bad tho) 5: 8 (Returns some of that energy after If not now when but a bit too Poppy for my liking) 4: Make Yourself (Atmospheric and nostalgic) 3: Fungus Amongus (Underrated Stoner funk album) 2: Morning View (1 song away from being a masterpiece) 1: Science (Masterpiece) I like heavy incubus. It's still mostly melodic but it's not soft enough to be called alt rock like most things post Make yourself which was debatabely still metal. I don't mind their transition into softer stuff I like Morning view but after that the songs on the albuns started to blend in for me. Top 10 songs is tough 10: Redefine (Science has a lot of poltical themes and Redefine was always a song that got me thinking) 9: Pardon Me (After I heard Drive in Surfs up I found Pardon Me and for a good time this was my favorite song EVER I can still jam out to it every now and then.) 8: Nebula (I literally just started liking this song today. I used to listen to science and full and this was always one I was not excited to hear again but I think as I've tapped into heavier start I can appreciate how hard it actually hits. There's like a random breakdown I love that made me be like "Wait is this song actually good?" 7: Shaft (Pardon me and Drive introduced me to Incubus. Shaft made me love Incubus.) 6: Privilege (I get that catchy riff in my head all the time. Kinda surprised this isn't a hit like Pardon Me and Drive) 5: Nice To Know You (Like a more soft Calgone. Or maybe not soft but positive.) 4: Sink Beneath The Line (Funny song about underwearless girl sitting on anthill. Sweet bassline) 3: Warning (Weird I like this one so much but I play it very often and catch myself singing along more than any other Incubus song.) 2: Idiot Box (One of the most beautiful things ever. Brandon said he couldn't sing at this time, sorry but he's full of it) 1: Calgone (It's quirky, chaotic, and slows to hit you hard when it speeds up) Next week I'll probably be saying different things lol

It is fantastic I just like the other 3 better! My top ten songs changes all the time but I’ll list them 10)love hurts 9)a certain shade of green 8)southern girl 7)new skin 6)stellar 5)favorite things 4)agoraphobia 3)miss you 2)here in my room 1)the warmth I gotta say with the exclusion of fungus,they’re older stuff is far superior but there new stuff could be worse I guess,I eagerly await new material.

Nice ranking. Interesting to see Crow so high. Sick Sad Little World is one of their best songs though, such a great song. Interesting top ten songs. The Warmth and New Skin are good songs.

I haven’t heard much from Incubus but I heard their new singles and a few older songs from older albums “Drive”, “Wish You Were Here” and maybe a few others from Incubus.

I'm always shocked to see Fungus Among US so low on people's list. I'm a fan of any of their first 4 albums, they fall off a lot at A Crow Left of The Murder. Give me funky heavy Incubus!

Nice to know you is a masterpiece. I find myself listening to it most times whenever I listen to incubus. My fave album from incubus is still light grenades doe. Here's my ranking, #1 light grenades (maybe my fave album ever idk ) #2 a crow left of the murder (it's like light grenades just not lol) #3 trust fall side B (omg love it!!!) #4 morning view (masterpiece) #5 make yourself (classic) #6 science (heck yeah) #7 trust fall side A (its great) #8 fungus amongus (funky cool) #9 8 ( I dont dislike 8, just not my fave)

8. If Not Now When: I don’t hate the album, but it just really isn’t my type (it’s actually kind of soft, even for them). Although the song “In The Company of Wolves” is awesome, but it barely justifies it’s near eight minute runtime. 7. Fungus Amongus: This album never really felt like an Incubus album to me. It sounds more like a really heavy RHCP album (if it wasn’t called One Hot Minute). I do really like “Take Me to Your Leader” though. 6. 8: This album is weird. I don’t get it, but I can understand the band wants to try something new. “Glitterbomb” is my favorite song on the album. 5. Light Grenades: I think this album is pretty under appreciated, and should get a lot more love than it gets. The problem is that it feels all over the place. “Anna Molly” and both parts of “Earth to Bella” are my favorites on the album. 4. Make Yourself: I think this album gets a lot more hate than it deserves. Sure it’s a lot more mainstream sounding, but it’s far from bad. “Drive” is pretty good, but “Nowhere Fast” is my personal favorite on the album. 3. S.C.I.E.N.C.E: This is a big improvement from their debut, and “New Skin” makes me want to break something. 2. Morning View: This album is fantastic. Some of the best things they’ve ever done, and “Aqueous Transmission” is in fact my favorite song by the band, period. 1. A Crow Left Of The Murder...: A masterpiece. “Megalomaniac” is one of their greatest achievements, and even though this album can get weird, it does it right. One of the better alt metal/nu metal albums from the 2000s.

It's so weird looking back when Incubus gave me that "Break stuff" feeling. I've listened to heavier stuff and yet Incubus still invokes a sense of epicness I guess with their killer riffs. Curious as to what your music tastes evolved into.

Funny I consider Love in a time of surveillance to easily be the best song on 8, I love that guitar riff. Light Grenades is the one album that could have been better if Look Alive and Punch Drunk were actually on the album. The Morning View with the DVD is that like a special edition or something? I have Morning View sessions on DVD but it was separate. My rankings: 1. Science 2. Morning View 3. Make Yourself 4. Crow 5. Light Grenades 6. 8 (I would have put this at 5 when it came out. I don't like it as much but I do still think it's good.) 7. Fungus (I loved this when I was in high school but don't go back to it much) 8. If not now when? (The only I would say is bad. A couple good songs but mostly boring.)
