tnx, I think the valve on mine broke or got stuck after the idiots in my local supermarket replaced the coarse salt with super fine one and after using that (being an idiot too for ignoring this difference), the white residue on glasses appeared. Also, after refilling with the same fine salt, because the machine said it was out, it took only one wash cycle for the machine to report AGAIN, that it's out of salt. That sounds like a combination of the valve being stuck open and the fine salt being easily washed away. I went back to the course salt after this but I think the damage is done, dishes are still white. I have to open it up and try to identify the valve and see if I can figure out its condition. Nonetheless, tnx for the video, it pointed me in the right direction.
