I made it through WWE training and ended up doing only 2 house shows for them. "The Iron Sheik" tested us in training and I was one of only 3 people that could do the Persian Club exercise part of training. Ever since I wanted to take a dive directly into a regiment with those clubs. These videos have convinced me that I should. Thanks for the content!

thats awesome. And even more proof that Hulk Hogan was lieing during his Joe Rogan interview when he said "not even Andre the Giant could do them"

@@user--710 it's more consistency and concentration than brute strength, but yeah I bet Andre could a done em.

Nice tutoring! As a beginner, I appreciate this. Now I'll go to the outside shoulder swing. I like to learn both simultaneously, just to make it difficult for me!

Heriberto Alarcon yes sir, all these types of swinging motions are. It’s one of the only ways to add resistance to a throwing motion

Thanks for the vids man! Started with 2kg clubs and they're great. Just bought 4kg ones. Love the mace too, and now have two! I use the clubs and mace between bodyweight/weighted workouts and my progress is that much better for it. I also swear my shoulders are happier for it!
@gerdsiebern96484 ай бұрын
Moin Harbert, please tell me: How heavy are this clubs, you're using. Yesterday i got a 3 KG wooden club from bad company. It's pretty tricky for a beginner, when used wirh one hand. But it works.😉
@anto14145 ай бұрын
Could you kindly advise the correct weight to begin on with the clubs? I am already fit healthy I do not require shoulder prehab. I just purchased a 10lb mace and I just want to jump straight into strength and mobility. what would pair well with the mace in terms of versatility for strength and mobility? Should I buy 2 clubs or 1?
