Best clubs flow I've ever seen. Goals for me in my routine. Thanks for this video!

OMG, this is so hypnotically beautiful... Thanks for the inspiration, Paul. I am a total beginner (first 30 minutes under my belt), and you are inspiring me with what is possible with those clubs.

Hi Suzanna, Enjoy swinging Indian Clubs. I practice basic patterns daily, and also allow myself to experiment on a regular basis. It is important to analyse mistakes as they occur with the aim of improvement and development. A mirror is a great training partner for instant feedback.

You are truly masterful at this art. Our Sibok just introduced us to this beautiful art of Indian Club Swinging. I can see so many benefits from practicing this. From strength and flexibility, to being coordinated and ambidextrous. Thank you for sharing this with us, it is truly beautiful to watch.

YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I HAVE BEEN SUBSCRIBED TO YOU FOR YEARS NOW AND YOU ARE JUST AMAZING. I USE CLUBBELLS AND IVE LIKED THOSE TO A DEGREE, BUT I WONDERED IF INDIAN CLUBS WOULD BE BETTER FOR EXERCISE AND MUSCLE BUILDING. IT SEEMS LIKE ID HAVE A LOT MORE FUN WITH THEM.
@Wolkowinski9 жыл бұрын
Duck Before You Drown Thank you for your kind words. I tried clubbells, and decided that they were not for me. Indian Clubs have a very natural feel to them as they are made from wood. Start with 2lbs clubs, and yes they are great fun, and as you can see offer endless variety. You can take them anywhere. Exercise wise, to my mind Indian Clubs are a fantastic conditioning tool, that complements heavier disciplines like kettlebells, clubbells and heavy lifting.

can you make a video where you explain each exercise with detail I'm using clubs but only do one exercise the iron sheik one

Cole Dano Thanks Cole, I have just recently discovered a new approach to combinations, which I am currently working on, and crashing my clubs a lot, plus my forehead has taken a bashing. I'll record it once I have it under control.

At what point does the training start lookin like a dance? I feel when I'm flowing with my clubs it looks completely different from a set of deadlifts. Mentality wise they both feel like goal focused training

Amazing Flow with Smooth Combinations that are found Nowhere Else. Great Instruction that only you are known for. {sorry for the cursing} But I had a lot of "Holy Shit" Moments while watching this video. As always I come to realize how much more I have to learn. {Your "64 Swing Sequence Tutorial" Still gives me nightmares}. Thank You Sir.

Hey Paul Appreciate your clubbell videos, but if I could make one suggestion I would say that you should watch some Kelly Starrett videos on KZbin and maybe change your squatting style before you do some damage to those knees. When your knees come in all the time you can see your foot arches collapsing and that isn't good for any part of the leg. Keep on swingin'.

Mike Staal Thanks Mike always open to correction, I'll check out Kelly Starrett
