Best way to eat Indian spicy curry, 1st mix dall With rice than eat mix rice next eat spicy curry(veg/non veg).it should mix rice & curry in your mouth.in the way your Tounge avoids whole spiciness.

How to eat Indian meal, First things first, NEVER eat rice first! Start your meal by digging into sabzi (the curries) with some naan or roti first. Then eat your rice with lentils (daal). End the meal with desserts (gulab jamun, ras malai etc). Hope that helps someone. I wonder why Indian restaurants do not teach these basics to their customers!!

Hi Abhishek Aggarwal We understand how to eat naan with curries but this particular naan was very crispy and could not rip it apart with our fingers. It was still delicious and what matters is it all ends up in the same place anyway! Much love from America
