Little Lucca in ssf is hands down the best deli in the bay area and I stand on it. Been there for years and I been going there since a baby with the fam. Lines out the door literally all the time. That says something 💯💪🏼

I did not like little Lucca, their filling to bread ratio is bad Sure the sandwiches were big but felt like eating 70% bread could barely taste ingredients Not worth the wait on a busy day

Roxie is definitely not as good as it was 10 - 15 years ago. The new owner doesn't seem to be on top of freshness. The bread was stale, meat tasted old, and the veggies were pretty sad. Submarine Center still seems to be as good as ever and is my favorite sandwich shop in the city, pushing Roxie out of that spot. You can always count on SC for quality and consistency.
