I love the bags! Is there a specific reason as to why they are much more expensive than the 33L leather bags for the traditional scout? Is it just R&D cost or does it come with extra hardware?

It is because they are easier to install and specifically designed to fit on Indian bikes.

We haven't tested these bags with piggyback shocks, so we cannot ensure they would fit properly.

You could swap shocks from each side putting the reservoir in the front/down position to achieve this. That's what I'm doing.

Just got saddlebags. It doesn’t fit with piggyback shocks. Maybe if you have a sissy bar and you have more space it can fit. I will try to order sissy bar and check if it’s will fit.
