This is a great bike that needs a rear suspension upgrade for improved comfort. I added the piggyback shocks and it’s made a world of difference. Great review - thank you.

Probably the most knowledgeable reviewer I've seen on You Tube period. The second she spoke of trail and Steering head parameters she had my full attention. Most men reviewers have no clue how this geometry affects a bikes handing characteristics and how lite or heavy a bike feels when coming off the kickstand. Nicely done review and yes I have subscribed !

@@ridenroll.juliane Just about anything but cruisers (at 6'1" they tend to be very uncomfortable for me) and sport bikes (can't risk my license on every ride). :) I've had many naked bikes, some scramblers, a few adventure bikes. Currently have a Super Tenere, looking at the Tiger 1200 and the Multistrada V2S...

I enjoyed your review of the Indian Scout Rogue. The all black Indian Scout Bobber is my someday bike. I learned on a Honda Custom 500 with a shaft drive, and I am looking at finally renewing my licence. I like your recomendation about the rear shocks and your reasoning for liking the windscreen. I would like a Scout Bobber with a fat rear wheel. Simple is best. The ride is what is important. Greetings from Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

Beautiful Scout, and a great description on it as well. It's finally getting nice here in New York so I'm excited to get out and ride. I do want to try the Rogue. I rode the Scout and The Chief last year at a demo ride. I loved both. To me this has what I liked about the chief (mainly the mini apes) and what I liked about the scout ( mainly the price, LOL) in one bike. One question. How was it on the highway? I found the scout to be a little unsettled, seemed to affected by the wind a lot. Thanks again for the great review.

thank you for this review, it's nice yo get reviews from people who are outside the US at times more so due to our natural bais to American products, so hearing your review I can say it's far less bais and makes it clear others reviews are spot on. also I hope I get this right that you have a German accent? it's also nice that you're a woman as men tend to focus on things differently so that point of view helps a lot. I look forward to watching more from you. due to yours and others reviews I have settled on this bike. I really really want one now. I plan to do a ton of good mods I love thr black out models and so on. most of the mods I think will be cosmetic but also looking at some performance mods. I've seen they can get some amazing power out of these so it can be an awesome go as you grow type bikes. it sounds stable and strong but not over powered. I like so much about it. have a wonderful day and I look forward to seeing more reviews. perhaps some accessories reviews if that is a route you want to go. I certainly hope you get the opportunity to do some. either awesome to hear your view have a great day.

Good choice mate. The 60 is often overlooked and can be had for a considerably lower price tag. For me, the slightly lower power output of the Rogue 60 also matches the character of this bike perfectly.

I really don't like the mirrors. Are more traditional mirrors available? I wish it had more fuel capacity and a fuel gauge. I had a bit of trouble bringing up the specs on the website. Does this bike have ABS?

Juliane, thank you for another great bike review. I will be ordering an Indian Scout Rogue soon and I wanted your opinion on the suspension. You indicated that with the exception of deep holes in the road, the suspension handled better than you thought. In the States, the piggyback rear suspension accessory runs about $830. Do you think the cost would be worth it to have that addition on the Rogue? Thank you for your response. Mike

Great choice! If you plan on riding longer tours and if you have a lot of uneven surfaces where you live, I’d honestly invest the extra 830 bucks. If it’s just for short rides and on perfect roads, I’d spend the money on something else 😁
