Tried this recipe today with slight variations of my own. I am not a fan of broccoli, so didn't add it. And I used lettuce instead of bok choy. At last, I used a bull's eye egg instead of a boiled one. Came out really well. Earlier, I used to try and make ramen through trial & error by watching foreign videos until I stumbled upon ur channel. Thank you very much for this recipe.

I'm sure this tastes good but I am not sure if this can be termed as a "Ramen" per se as the process is way different. Ramen consists of Tare, Fragrant Oil, Soup, Noodles and Toppings. All these are cooked seperately and plated in a bowl right before serving. The idea is to bring different flavors and textures into a bowl of ramen and thus they are cooked seperately. Also there's a significant shortage of Umami inducing ingredients, ideally making a dashi with Kombu and Dried Shittake Mushrooms will fix this.

Yes, you are absolutely right but as mentioned in the title, my recipe is in indian style and I made this recipe for those who can make ramen easily with available ingredients in kitchen. As you know in Indian kitchen we sometimes don't get this ingredients easily so I tried to made this recipe with available ingredients But this recipe very closest to authentic taste. Well, the one which you mentioned is a traditional way of making it . Ramen recipe has many versions and japanese ramen are too good in a taste and the way they prepare it. Your recipe and style is absolutely perfect, but, my heart aches seeing you used instant noodles. Oh well, whatever you find use i guess. This is not Korean dish 😐. This is a Japanese dish.

@@champishu69 it's both in a sense both japanese and Korean ramen exist this more on the Korean end as it is quite another and spicy in Japanese version it usually takes days to make and usually rich in umamimand not in spice

And it got popular from japan more. There r many varieties of ramen and u can also choose ur spice level not only but also there r types of ramen in which u can make ramen within 2 min. What u think its all about apices no ramen's main focus is on texture of noodle.

Not bad but you are doing Indian style so you could put marinated grilled toppings and you can make a thicker soup and use flat shaped thin noodles because it absorbs lots of flavor its Indian noodles though.
