​@@tomthomas3499 not a big difference between medium (work well on 8gb gpu at 1440p) and high textures in this game

Had lots of issues with VRAM even on medium in some parts of the game, specially right after launching it, it would start at 8 fps.. So I was constantly switch between dlss balanced and performance to free memory and fps go back to normal...remember that texture option in this game doesn't affect texture quality, only frequency which they are loaded into memory.

@@dayanvaldes1349 no it runs fine but lost performance in comparison to release day build, most likely something was bugged in that version that was fixed with update.

Can't wait for your 5070 8GB tests in the future. We are gonna have so much fun playing games at 1440p Ultra Extreme Performance DLSS 4.0, that upscales from 240p. So 8GB of Vram will still be viable for the next 10 years. And then we will need no Vram anymore. Cos all games will be streamed from Nvidia'S HQ's. Tho you will still have to pay them 2,000$ for the streaming box. Or we will just use Frame Generated Vram. So they can go back to 2GB Vram on their cards. Like the good old days of GTX. How does DLSS Performance look in this game. Cos YT won't show me the true real life picture quality. I personally can only go as low as Balanced on 1440p, and in many games I can start to see a difference when going down from Quality,

@@asahira7834 DLSS performance is quite good but you do get more aliasing, also foliage can be bit noisy, so not same as DLSS Quality but if you have cpu that keeps up and doesn't bottleneck you then well worth the fps gains.
