Indo-Pacific media leaders inspired at Women in Media conference

Discussions around redefining media careers, women and female-led stories in TV and film, and women in sport sparked new ways of thinking for female media workers from across the Indo-Pacific. Thirteen women, supported by the Pacific Media Assistance Scheme (PACMAS) the Media Development Initiative (MDI), Timor-Leste Media Development, and Indonesia Media Development programs travelled to the 2023 Women in Media Australia conference in Sydney.
