Bali is just one small island in Indonesia which has a lot of food to be offered. But Indonesia has thousands of islands from west to east with different taste and food culture.. Indonesia has more than 100,000 recipes, and only 30,000 of them have been documented (not including the regular street food). 70 years of life expectancy will not be enough to cover them all.. :D #WonderfulIndonesia

Mark, I love watching your videos, particularly because they offer a view of cultures at the ground level.I am so happy to see two veggie dishes in this video. You do feature a lot of salads and raw fresh veggies and relishes but you usually focus on meat as the main course. In Bali and in Indonesia, India, etc and many places in Asia and Africa, many people are vegetarian and or vegan and I would love to see some more of those dishes featured in the mix! I have been binge watching your videos and now I can tell when you really love something, think it's ok, or not great! You have a great smile and you are very engaging too.I would also love to see more interaction with Mica and your wife and how you both travel and eat such exotic foods all the time with a baby in tow. A little more lifestyle stuff. Keep up the good work! I think you should have a series on Netflix, Amazon, or a syndicated show for cable and perhaps PBS. I have seen many food/ travel shows but none as good on the street food as you are-especially in Southeast Asia and all over Africa- places that are less well known.
