Sir you make me want to do research on motors now, the way you have explained them has made my career more focused. Also, sir if you could make some playlist on power system analysis, as thats a very important topic for electrical engineering. That would be great and helpful to us.

Sir.. Can't we do one thing..Like initially we put less load such that..It meets machines demand..And after that we increase load so that even if Tload>Tstarting..The machine can run..?
