Another cute idea similar to this is coffee and board games or bubble tea in board game cafes ! Sims would like all the puzzles and wake the lama with coffee haha

I would hang out there all the time! I was part of a drink and draw community where artists would pick a restaurant/coffee shop to gather and talk art while doodling. Everyone had a good time and made new friends.

Love the magnifying glass/coffee cup from above-idea 😍 I used to play sims with a friend growing up. She’s an architect now and I’m a graphic designer, which is so funny, looking back. Love love love community lots! This one look gorgeous ❤️ As a suggestion, I would love to see a renovation of Magnolia Promenade with community lots only. I'm always struggling to find stuff that fits there. I always look for vet clinics (with no apartment on top! I just wanna be a customer 🥺), arcades to use as club hangouts, spas and parks (I always love parks that have space for yoga! The game usually spawns an instructor in parks 😍)

My daughters love to watch me build and make suggestions. The younger one gets very upset if she comes in and I'm decorating with the walls partially down because, "It needs a roof, mommy! What happens if it rains?" The older one wants me to use the blanket box from cottage living everywhere. She also wants me to figure out a way to turn it into a pet bed.

I’ve yet to watch the full video. But I can imagine placing it as a “cafe” lot, then using the club function and adding reading, homework and drinking coffee as the activities 😄 such a fun idea

I would love to see a "Chuck E Cheese" type place for child birthday parties! I think the ball pit and other play equipment would be cool! I always want a place to have my Sims birthday parties. But always just end up having them at their house.

love industrial stuff, and im a major coffee fiend so this is heavenly for me, in a similar vein would be curious how you'd create the cafe from the coffee talk indie game in the sims, but honestly this one is very close cuz of the exposed brick and industrial atmosphere

Your builds are always some of my favorites. I love that so many of them are tiny, grungy and/or industrial. My favorite types of builds. I do have a friend who likes playing the Sims as well, but she's more of a builder and I'm more of a CAS girl but we always send stuff to each other, I love it 🥰 I'd like to suggest two things: 1) a house/apartment for the owner of this bookstore cafe and 2) a community lot that's some sort of a co-working space? In whatever style you wish, I'm sure it will look incredible if you do take up that suggestion (no pressure, of course!)! PS: I love the Industrial Loft couch SO much! Lovely build as usual ❤

Love your videos they're very inspiring. This community lot is great. There are so many community lots that are the same with just different styles. I have this idea for a build but playing on console I can't use mods and feel like that really makes it hard for me to build things as beautiful as what you and other creators can. Its an apartment complex for Del-Sol-Valley All 1-2 bedroom apartments for up and comping creative type sims with a Luxurious Penthouse apartment on top of the building for a Famous sim. The community spaces would probably include a screening room (mini movie theatre), a room with a stage for performances of all kinds (Music, comedic, acting, singing, etc.), Maybe Creative skill building studios, but not necessarily since the museum I have has all that in it. Maybe a gym/spa and bar/cafe. I was thinking it would go in the Mirage Park neighborhood or replace the Orchid A Go Go lot since they already have the other Studio PBP Lounge that the awards get done in.

Community lot idea - I would love a recreation centre but styled like youth centre/LGBTQ+ centre. A safe space for children and teens to hang out. I have been trying to build it for my save file ever since we got growing together pack, but no luck. It would be really nice to have a community lot that is children and teen focused with a lot of activities, maybe even put some toddler playground, so it ties together all younger generations and teens can take their baby siblings together because they are supposed to babysit them but the want to hang out with friends, too.

I totally love your creativity. I saw a lot of cheats used in this bulid, my question is, are all of those functional? For example the doors on the bathroom, are they accessible? Can an actual sim use it? Because when you do those cheats, sometimes, they don't do an action when you want them to use the item as they can't reach it or something is on the way

I have tried a few times to build an ultimate Club House for each sims life stage. Like kids activities for kids so their interests group with their "club type" and teens alike. Homework club, arts club etc. I would love to see you build a Sims Club House with multiple rooms and floors with a few types of clubs so sims can have fun. I own every pack except Werewolves and I will never buy that pack as it looks ridiculous and not my game play type. I also do not watch anything else other than KZbin on my computer. My cell phone cannot handle too many apps nor do I have time to watch 5-7 hour long live streams.
