Love the video! I can see you dabble in a little of everything when it comes to fabricating something, I'm pretty much the same way. It's amazing to me how many different ways the same job could be accomplished. Being a machinist myself, I would have approached some of the fabrication from a different angle, but the end result turned out awesome. I will try a couple of your tricks next time I'm presented with a similar situation. Thanks for taking the time to show us what you're doing, and entertaining us too!

Really, really nice job. That came out fantastic! That is a really impressive machine. Sewing is something that I've never learned, but I have been thinking about for a while now. Super useful skill-set. How about a deep blue, hammer finish, slight metallic, paint?

Black is the color all the Cool Kids paint their equipment.............Agree totally about adding artistic flair to projects, glad you went with the wood post instead of the metal but those shiny hex lag bolt heads are triggering me, I need to go find a safe space to hide.
