Shaft was a 70's "Blaxploitation" movie, where John Shaft (Richard Roundtree) was the titular private detective. They were all really good for different reasons. Lloyd’s voice was a bit too high pitched for John McClane whereas the other two were a bit more believable as their characters. Zach had the best flow, as usual, but was the least funny (though most clever). Hard to believe it’s been 5 years since he was last on one of these. This was definitely one of the best ERB we have seen.

McLane was the shotgun no flash, hard hitting and devastating at close range. Wick is the butterfly knife sleek, syltish and finese and absolutely deadly. I feel like this is definitely one of the most impressive ERBs of all time... Like, I don't even watch action movies, certainly not any of the ones these people are from, found the lyrics pretty solid though especially after learning a little bit about the relevant plot points... I'm not sure if I'd call it the best, but it probably falls somewhere in the top 3... I think most people from what I've seen say that John Rambo was 3rd place, but also it's a toss-up between John McClane and John Wick... Between those two it's very divisive... (I think Rambo IS the oldest though to be fair so less people probably rooting for him going into it...) Even with Rambo seemingly taking the L in this though, they still definitely did a good job on him...

I think the winner is between mclaine and wick. Mclaine had some of the harder shots, but wick had good shots and some super smooth flow and wordplay. I mean come on, "And this sad broken dad jokin popo is no foe for the hurt you oh so bad virtuoso. Ho ho ho, to quivers and bows, im delivering blows, and when they land it wont help to make fists with your toes!" Meanwhile rambo was a terrible rapper, hardly touched wick, but had some BRUTAL shots to mclaine. I wonder if that was on purpose, as rambo has had some historically bad times with cops so might focus on the cop in the fight.
