@@djb1928 You're thinking of the prismatic, Flesheater. That applies -2 Armor/MR with a 1 second ICD, stacking up to 10 times for -20. Bloodletter's Curse is an arena-exclusive regular item that shreds 5% magic resist with a 2 second ICD, stacking up to 6 times for -30%. Notably, Flesheater applies to any damage but the ICD is universal, while Bloodletter's Curse applies to magic damage only and the ICD only applies to abilities, so items like Sunfire Aegis or Liandry's will stack it with every tick.

@@phuocminhluu2919 If this bug lasted longer, I think people will eventually revolve around Physical damage, True damage, Armor and Range + Abyssal Mask. Maybe Far less physical damage cause people can easily stack up Armor. Theoretically champs with True damage + Abyssal Mask would be the most consistent just incase enemies buys one Abyssal Mask and the rest are all Armor. Or maybe darius pantheon Renekton Trundle with Black cleaver + Abyssal Mask.

@@MangaGamified Bel'veth Fiora come to mind. How come people remember Yi but forget Bel'veth has infinite true dmg dps. And Fiora is a literal exodia champ only ever beaten by bugged heal shield champs like Soraka healing full hp every nano second.

me and my friends have been having a bug today and yesterday where our FPS is much lower than normal, around 120 fps, even though our PC's usually run the game at different rates, I almost never have below 170, a friend normally has around 200 and another 144, but now its all 120, has anyone else experienced this? On 14.10 EUW, observed in solo duo and flex. Also changing from borderless windowed to full screen sometimes fixes it, repeating this until it works sometimes lasts an entire game, or until you Alt-tab. Some games the fps is back to normal, until you alt-tab once.
