Nintendo developers usually have way more ideas for characters and enemies that never get into the main Super Mario games. So today I want to look at all the Mario characters that Nintendo rejected, cut out and removed from there games. I think they changed the freeze flame galaxy boss to Baran Burr is because the hit boxes in the game are round instead of cylindrical so they could work better with the physics of the game, so Nintendo wanted the design of the character to be more round to fit inside of the hit boxes.

Oh yeah there's a lot of stuff with sticker star that's interesting. It even has some lost media, like the original e3 2010 trailer we only have a few seconds of and no other footage of it has resurfaced, which is where the Mole King comes from. I honestly wish it was more commonly known in the "lost media" community, so more people can search for it.

Thanks for making this video. I have been searching for hours for that Dragon Flower model. I would love to see a part 2 of this as there are a ton of other scrapped characters in these games, like for example, a series of realistic looking bug enemies found in the files of Mario Galaxy.

Fighter Flies and Shellcreepers are obstacles in the Mario Classic Court in Mario Power Tennis, but they appear as 2D sprites even though they have unused models.

It's a shame too because Toads really aren't bad. Nintendo chose to overuse them and now the fans kind of hate them unfairly. They had personalities and merit in the early paper mario games too, which means if Miyamoto and Sakurai didn't piss on Iwata's grave, we could have had more good paper mario games with a potential Toad-like party member.

I feel like I'm the only person who wants to see all the bosses grom Super Mario Bros 2 (USA) be hrought back. I know we have Birdo, who was the most persistent boss, but there were several others and they've neber reappeared. Be nice if one game Mario goes to save the day thinking it is Bowser and then gets the shock of his life when he finds out it is King Wart behind everything, and King Wart is like, "Hey, forget about me?"

The snake yoshis could be in a new 3d mario franchise like Mario&Yoshi: Soshi buddies. Soshi because Snake Yoshi. So instead they could be converted into good. So maybe it has debut in Mario&Rabbids 3 where cursa’s remains of goo reincarnations into an ultra bug that instead of mind controlling lumas and using them for their powers. This new enemy is called Yuma Suma which takes yoshis and soshis and uses them for their abilities instead of the lumas. Soshi could be good but bad because of cursa(yoshi soshi) the evil antagonist that kidnaps soshis and yoshis. Maybe the yoshis and soshis will and evolve and develop to eat sushi and dumplings as well as that would really go well with their theme and the overall names which are soshis,yoshis, all types of koopas. Maybe the koopas and troopas will start eating cookies,cakes,soufflés,broccoli,bread,brownies, all types of doughs, pancakes,meatballs,muffins,mushrooms and chicken and cheese and cucumbers and cupcakes and curries and all types of creams and rice cakes and rice cream, ice cream, chocolate and cherries make them eventually have enemies and fiends and buddies and bad guys and bosses that look like rainbows or something and they have a sweet tooth that makes them like eating anything sweet and they can eat metal because they have multiple stomachs like cows and their multi vitamin digestive track system that are also iron metal robot stomachs. The new special boweser,baby bowser, bowser junior, koopa troopas, koopalings, troopalings, yoshis and soshis plus goombas and spinys could be a thing in Mario&Yoshi: The forbidden Secret Soshi World.

Baron Brrr gas a different design to the generic enemy version. So he is not LITERALLY just a big version of the tiny enemies. They amde an entire new model gor him. Not just upscale a an old one. Though him basically just being a cicrcle emans that he would be easier to animae than the dude with arms. So the time constrain theory still holds water.
