👇WATCH NEXT👇 4 Things INFJs Always Do In Their Heads kzbin.info/www/bejne/eYKZlGZpYperfdU
@carlharmeling5129 ай бұрын
The purpose of the INFJ’s solitude is for gaining knowledge through reading and online videos. They reserve their best energies for these activities. Intuition is shown by the willingness to guess at underlying dynamics of situations or of another’s personality through observations and listening. The INFJ’s feelings are directed outward and tend toward sympathetic attachments towards the people in their lives. They do not fret and worry in their aloneness and are happiest when standing alone against groupthink and bigotry. Their judgement is decisive and uncompromising. Like them or leave them, the choice is yours.

This was incredibly accurate 😳 Edit: avoiding conflict is the only thing I don’t agree with. If conflict needs to be had to get to a point of resolution then so be it. Conflict for the sake of chaos on the other hand, seems pointless to me. I also really enjoy debating opposing opinions. Having respectful conversations and each person leaving space for a different opinion and world view to exist is wonderful imo but hard to find. Most convos bore me and tend to be the other person trying to “convince” you that they are right even if they don’t know why they believe what they believe 🙄 show me the facts.

We INFJ’s seem to be one of the only types to be so obsessed learning about ours and other MBTI types. I make my friends take the test and they all have no patience for it, couldn’t care what they are and not that keen to learn about mine. Some do find it cool, and can relate, but they’d never look deeper into it. To them it’s like “that’s interesting” and move on

That is the essence of an INFJ, the pursuit of truth. It's a never-ending journey since we are able to see the connections between everything, therefore infinite possibilities to explore. That journey in itself is the path of an INFJ simply because we function this way. Every thing in creation has a function and purpose, this is ours. :)

I know I’m not doing good when I’m unorganized and my room is messy, meaning I’m letting myself go in a bad way. I find it so cool to finally discover my personality type, almost reassuring. Like, now that I have this guidance to better know myself, I can understand my own boundaries and maybe even start a healing journey. Great video, this was very helpful.

i feel like i became this way because of life experiences, trauma or something. it’s a blessing and a curse because i feel like i have this awareness and keys to the universe and this tunnel vision towards my goals and big aspirations, but it’s like i don’t operate like a normal person. I can’t small talk, i rarely laugh or banter and I want to have more of that but im so scared of being judged for everything. im a person who only has big, visionary and deep thoughts but this doesn’t translate to normal human interaction, i feel alien because I hate small talk and just can’t do it, its draining. i’ve been thinking if drinking alcohol would make me more confident or put me out there more and “take me out of my shell” as i’ve always been told, as im in uni u can see how me just being me can make having fun and meeting people problematic. it’s like daily life isn’t cut out for infjs, i’m always thinking philosophy and deeper meaning, big goals, so i don’t rlly fit into groups with lighthearted social interaction. hopefully others can relate to this
@raquel.3032 ай бұрын
100% relate. I feel like I can’t “human” in a normal every day life around others but am perfectly happy with discussing and planning on saving the world and being in my own little world too. I also believe that traumas, wounds, and experiences shape us. We value growth in all forms and understand why it needs to happen and the challenges we must face. Small talk and banter is also painful for me. Which can alienate us in a world that values chatter and quick wit. We prefer deep and meaningful conversations and relationships. Stay true to yourself through your Uni chapter! I went through a drinking and partying phase and while it was nice for a short while. I quickly realized I was being untrue true to myself. I had to learn how to say no and do what made me feel good even if it was “weird to others”. Time in nature, puzzles, books, art, etc.

Per Emotional Exhaustion and Overwhelming..... as you said, INFJs do indeed seek spiritual awareness and do find comfort in prayer and meditation. This exhaustion happens at a time when an INFJ is so drained of their energy because of their empathic nature, they literally do become "poor in spirit". They do allow others to drain them to a point where they need solitude and prayer to recharge themselves by connecting to God in the way they know how. Not allowing them time to "recharge" themselves is akin to making them ill. Our Savior recognized this enough to make it part of his Sermon on the Mount. It not only applies to INFJs but to all who tire themselves serving others to the detriment of themselves. However, if the INFJ is a combinant with the Sigma personality..... that person possesses a superpower and should be valued by others...

This is so accurate that it is unbelievable. All this is ME, even the mention of poetry. I really think that we have many amazing qualities and that we are truly unique. However, while being grateful for these, the problems arise when interacting with people who are nothing like us, do not understand us, envy us, belittle us and project their own characteristics onto us. Are we the only people who are genuinely altruistic,. one of my greatest delights? Some people DO fully appreciate us but so many others seem bent on destroying us. I have PTSD from the workplace.

I had someone tell be in order to be friends with them I can't be an advocate because it's toxic. When I asked why they think it's toxic they said, "because you're trying to be a false prophet." I sat there wondering how that could be. So me advocating for other people's right to do and say whatever they want as long as it doesn't harm others makes me a false prophet? They stopped talking to me but I realized they never unfriended me. I've had othed people do this and come back with manipulation tactics. So I unfriended them after literally laying in the dark with my eyes closed. (This person had shown me several red flags before this and I chose to ignore them) While laying there I realized they were wanting me to change in order to be friends with them which goes against who I am and what my morals were for them. They had advocated for what they believe in in front of me and I didn't say a peep. But when I advocated for what I believe in in front of them they attacked me. Then they started attacking minority groups and I wasn't having that.

What do you think about becoming a doctor or biomedical/ neuroscience and psychology scientist as an INFJ?
@borndeafin1ear8 ай бұрын
Is it possible for a person to have an equal degree of INTJ and INFJ types? The "I", "N", and "J" are the same, but there is an equal level of "T" as to "F". This essentially considers the logical at the same time as how themselves and others might be affected. This is why transparency and clarity is always preferred.
@psych3verse2 ай бұрын
If you kinda dig a little deeper to cognitive functions, well not really. Cognitive functions are a whole other level of research, but one thing's for certain is that, especially in the case of INTJ/INFJ, perfectly equal F and T aren't possible, but they are in a spectrum. Basically it's the 'strength' of the F/T that allows you to either be INFJ/INTJ. Though you can always just say you're INXJ.
