I found a hack where you empty your conditioner bottle from Costco into a Ziploc bag, cut a hole in the corner and then squeeze it into the refillable bottle. It’s like a frosting bag. It’s a tad messy but the best method I’ve found.

Target is great when they have gift card promotions for spending certain amounts in the household goods/cleaning department - take advantage and stock up and get significant cash back in cards.

Yes, agreed, we should not be using bleach, septic or no. We use Oxi products for stain removal and in all of our white loads.

Bleach is also not good for the longevity of your bedding and towels . try to use Non bleach products like Vanish instead . Using too much detergent can yellow your whites over time with soap build up . To keep supet white bed sheets use a little bluing like your grandma use to. It works !

I have 3 short term rentals and 3 long term. I run all over town trying to buy products on sale. We don't have a Costco. I also clean myself most of the time. It works me to death! But we just don't have much of a profit margin. Thanks for sharing.

My husband and I are almost done finishing our first 4 bedroom house and just purchased a second 4 bedroom house! At what point did the host gpo membership cost make sense with the savings you get? I know they sometimes accept people with less than 4 properties that are larger but just curious your thoughts as we try to decide if a membership is worth it for us now or not?
