The problem was that ashens actually followed the instructions. It seems the more putty you use the better it works even though the instructions tells you to use the provided cutters otherwise you'll jam it.

The point of swapping scoops is if you have one poo on your scoop and your opponent has 2, you swap so you now have the one with 2 on.
