I deal with it by organizing. Trying to suppress is pointless, so lean into it and organize. Use actual logic and go from the premisse you're judging your actions and not your value. Because if you're being harsh on yourself, that means those mistakes are against your nature. Trust yourself enough to actually hear that intuition and your problems will become clear, from that point it's just finding the solutions and implementing one by one.

Try to drown the critical inner voice. Practice your stance, head up, shoulders up. Focus on looking confident. Direct gaze at others. This is a starting point.

What you said about wanting true love and a soul mate and nothing less is true for me. I've been married twice. When I see that he's not what I thought and criticises me, I'll try hard for a while and then suddenly my love shuts down. I feel I'm wasting my life with someone who doesn't treat me right and want out. I've got friends that stay with incompatable and/or abusive partners for decades and just won't leave, but I'm so different this way. Not sure if he's out there. An ENFP would be perfect for me.

Ιmagine being half infp and half intp, I know you can't imagine it and you'll probably think there is no such category but this is my torment and the miracle I live. Ιt is tragic and at the same time wonderful And to be fairer I have to say that everyone is a vast universe! 16 personality types cannot define this, one can have characteristics from all 16 types and from another 1000 types that no one imagined, I can say that it is an excellent study that has been done on human psychology but do not take it too seriously I said that I am an infp and intp.. but in reality I feel myself as I am, without labels

You likely have core traits that truly define your MBTI, and then you have opposite patterns that you have developed as a response to life (like defense mechanisms and such). I was mistyped as INTJ a couple of times when I started doing tests and this is because I have a tendency when I'm mentally unwell to dissociate from my feelings and body and live in my mind where I try to solve everything by thinking and not feeling, which makes me look like an INTJ instead of an INFJ. In reality, too much thinking overwhelms me and I'm much more feeling and intuition driven than by logic.

I want to say something else that I have understood related to what you are saying, the first and third letters out of the 4 are the most changeable, so if you are INFP you will also be very close to ENFP, ENTP, INTP depending on where and with whom are you, that's how I reviewed the message I've written above, after all it's not strange to feel, half infp and half intp

The problem with being INFP is that we try to adapt to what we are told we are supposed to be. This not only applies to this presentation, but the suggestions of pseudo-scientific prognostications. I, therefore, steer clear of horoscopes, numerology, and etc. The stacks of canvases in my studio attest to many experiments with paint. My having been essentially widowed twice within the space of 5 years I can't find it in me to let another in my life at that level.

Very much me. After taking several personality test throughout stages of development, the outcome results in between personality traits due to a very balanced score of thinking and feeling. INFP and INTP . At one point, while conditioning myself for a different career, a few test results concluded a balance in sensing and intuition as well. Again, during another lifestyle change, the score for introvert and extrovert were fairly close. Although honestly executed, the question remains, can personality traits be conditioned after all, and if so, how reliable are personality tests in understanding our strengths and weaknesses? Gratefully, they can be guides for understanding with the correct questions.

I related to that part a lot. I think its because ultimately INFPs are deep down lazy and can't stick to the advice/guidance provided and I don't like being told what to do. I would rather figure things out by myself in my own way. Like i don't like following recipes, instructions, tutorials because i feel like i can do it without them, but in reality i always mess up 😂 But I don't want to accept that reality. And i also don't really care if i mess up especially if it's something I am making for myself. If i am cooking or making something for other people, i pay more attention because i care about how they would view me. Maybe it boils down to 'who' you're doing it for. Like my workspace and school locker was always very organized, but my own house is very messy. Same for other things.

Thanks for your interesting point of view. For me, I wouldnt say lazy because I work very hard , IF i can bring up the energy. But my mind has so many inner thoughts. Thats also a reason that i become low energy and slow at work and because i work so slow I get nothing done which makes me appear to be to be lazy. I always like to follow the exact manual because I know otherwise I would not be able to finish a task. My workspace is unorganised as well as my home. So for me its more energy related. If I have less thoughts I get more energy so I am able to listen to others advice more clearly, and also do something with the advice. So being more mindful helps me with evaluation of the opinion of others. I dont really care how much others view me.

Hello. My MBTI results have come up twice in different times as INFJ. When I took the Keys to Cognition test, it came back as INFP. So I went back to MBTI and retook the test again, and it came back as INFJ. Not that I remember the way I answered the questions previously, but the end result was the same. I am new to these formulas, and not so adept at what each question relates to function wise. I just found this exercise interesting.

Maybe you’re taking the test wrong. I never came up as an INFJ until later in life because I always thought I was an extrovert, when in fact it was chameleon-like INFJ-A tendencies. When I realized what a true INFJ was, it was like a veil was lifted from my eyes. I feel like an INFJ knows they’re an INFJ down to their bones.

Pre-words: Didn't watch many video from this Channel but: I enjoyed that video but also observed that you used the same Stock fotage with same voiceline. With leads me to the thinking that aprroach of this channel is money and not helping? Because of basicly not taking enaugh effort is clearly poor, at least in my perpektive. I mean yeah reuse stuff which was already told, all fine, but for me its looked like that you record some lines with some stockfootage and then copy/paste them into the project you like to do: e.g. In this video you talking about strainght of INFP and reused it from the video "Strengh of an INFP".. So probably its not an Explainiotion of INFP but an summary of your work what you know/find out about INFP. So it could be just an missunderstanding, have good day
