This short video shows the process by which we inlet an ebony forend tip. The ebony is affixed to the stock with wooden dowels and epoxy. The stock is already inlet for the barreled action before the forend work so the job goes relatively fast.

Good work. Do you use aluminum milling bits for the wood?

Thank you. I do use two flute aluminum bits on the wood, but in this case I was using a router bit.

At :52 seconds, looks like you put epoxy on the stock then lay in the barrel (and action) - did you coat the barrel with a release agent?

Hi lovely work. Can you send rifles to Canada? What do you use to seal and the end of the video? Cheers Dan

Thank you. Yes, rifles can go to Canada but they'd have to go through an exporter. Acraglas was used to bed the barreled action.
