Hello Pascal! Great drill. At slow speeds my feet land “straight” but with increased speed my feet land “open.” Any suggestions? I’m guessing my weight transfer is incomplete and I’m not centered over my gliding leg. Thank you!

Francisco Tornay oui c’est ça c est pour Aider à comprendre que l appui doit rester longtemps sur l arrière (ensuite dans tout les cas il ira vers l avant... mais on veut retarder ça )
