Let go of stress with help from these positive affirmations. Your mind will become calm, your body will release its tension, and the stress will simply melt away! Improve your sleep.
This session ramps slowly down to the deepest Delta levels. Many people using this session will fall asleep, since it resembles the sleep induction sessions.
The Music is recorded using Isochronic Tones starting at 12 Hz then dropping to 7.25Hz at 3 min for 4 min then drops to 5 Hz at 9.30 min for another 4 min the dropping to Sub-Delta 0.5 Hz at 16 mins to the end for a deep sleep.
Use this session in a quiet, comfortable place, free of distraction, in a chair or lying down. After starting the session, close your eyes and relax. Your eyes should be closed.
Headphones are not required for Isochronic Tones. If it is noisy then by all means use them.

Affirmations:
You can use these affirmations in two ways. First, to find immediate relief from stress as and when you need. And second, to create long term positive changes to your mind and body that make you a calmer and more peaceful person in general.

The positive affirmations listed here help to overwrite habitually stressful thoughts and patterns with calmer, healthier, and more relaxing ones. In time they will help you to not only effortlessly control your stress when needed, but to completely break free from stress and become someone who is naturally calm, balanced, and at peace within their life.
Getting a handle on stress is vitally important for your health and well-being. Even taking just 5 or 10 minutes per day to relieve stress will improve the quality of your life dramatically.

@@GraceGavagan well my best tip is to download amino because you can find alot of good information there and there are aaaaaalot of methods so thats the best way to start. Another tip is if you can't concentrate is to meditate for atleast a few minutes, it really helps you relax and get a grip of yourself. Also i would suggest that think about your desired reality alot and think of possibke scenarios like it already happened, it will help your mind get used to that desired reality so it will be easier to shift :) there's probably more but i can't think of more right now but if you need more help then hit me up :))

I was having a panic attack in the middle of my online class, and my microphone wasn't working either and I guess I just panicked and became really nervous not knowing what to do and it really triggered it, but this calmed me down in seconds, thank you!

This is really enjoyable, thank you. But the tech in me begs the question: how are we supposed to hear frequencies below, let's say 20hz, which is the roll off of a really good stereo speaker system. I'm sure my laptop can't reproduce much below 100hz or so. Do you have a disk you sell so I could experience it in full range? Thanks!

Tysm! I was just in a roblox server with some guy spamming some coding shit about selling account data. I started teasing him because why not - I naturally assumed it was fake, until he starts using MODS and threatens to HACK my ACCOUNT. I made a panic attack, since I’ve been on that account for 5 years, but this really helped. I can’t thank you enough

practice deep breathing and mindful meditation. they helped alleviate my anxiety. however for negative thoughts i am working with Edmund J. Bourne's The Anxiety and Phobia Workbook. it teaches how to change your negative thought. good luck.
